Jellyfish Prediction Index (JPI) is a qualitative measurement that gives an idea of the chance of encountering jellyfish over a certain area in the NOW Mediterranean test site, on a scale from 0 to 5. A JPI of 5 represents the highest chance of jellyfish in the EOJELLY system. Daily JPI are estimated every wednesday evening with a time extent of one week.
